2. Attach a photocopy of the account holder’s valid ID with three specimen signatures.
3. Submit to DCWD Matina, Bajada, or Toril offices (Public Assistance Desk Officer or drop box) or through callcenter@davao-water.gov.ph or www.facebook.com/officialDCWD (private message).

OR

𝗧𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘂𝗽:
1. Access and fill in directly at: www.davao-water.gov.ph/customercontactinfo
2. Upload a copy of the account holder’s valid ID with three specimen signatures

Make sure to register a working cellular phone number. (Only 1 cellular phone number for 1 account number is accepted by the Text Blast System.)

Customers who have already signed up for the Text Blast Service but have changed their mobile number have to submit a new form.
