CAGAYAN de Oro continues to record single-digit new coronavirus infections, logging in only two new cases on Saturday, March 26, the City Health Office reported.

This brought the number of Covid-19 cases in the city to 25,784.

According to the City Health Office, one of the two new local cases was a 25-year-old female from Kauswagan, and the other was a mortality, an 84-year-old male. Both of them were vaccinated.

Cagayan de Oro's active cases are now at 26, of which 13 were admitted to the Northern Mindanao Medical Center and other hospitals in the city, and 13 were outpatients.

The city also registered one new coronavirus-positive person who is now tagged as "recovered." This brought the total number of recoveries in Cagayan de Oro to 24,823.

The number of Covid-19 deaths in the city is now at 935 in total.
